RETURN POLICY


We Only Offer Store Credit, We Do Not Issue Refunds

However, Some exceptions do apply and are refunded at our discretion as long as we receive an email within 4 days of the order being received.  


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item/s within 30 calendar days. Be sure to plan 5-10 days for transit time. Please use a tracking service when shipping back a return. Any returns received past our policy will be rejected. See conditions below.

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, scent and make up free. This includes smoke, deodorant and perfume scents.
  • Original Tags Must be attached 
  • Shoes must be returned in the original box inside of packaging to avoid damage to the box during shipment.
  • ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN: Earrings, Bodysuits and Any SALE items

How to Return:

We do not issue prepaid return labels. You are responsible for the return costs. Please include your name and order number on the package. We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.


We ship through the USPS.

All orders are shipped with tracking which is e-mailed to the e-mail you provide at checkout. You can track your packages at www.usps.com

Please include your packing slip with your return. When returning an item with your packing slip, please mark the items you're returning and include the reason for return. If you no longer have your packing slip, please include a note with the following information:

Name, E-Mail, Order Number, Item(s) Description, Reason for Return. If you do not include one of these with your return, it will delay the process.



Defective Items: if you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by email within 3 days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions.

Incorrect or Missing Items: If you received your order and there is an item missing OR you received the incorrect item, you must inform us within 4 days of receiving your order.


Store Credit:

Please allow up to 48 Hours to receive your Store Credit via email. Store Credit is issued less our shipping costs since we offer FREE SHIPPING.
